Yes, Just 10 minutes a day!

Ugh..... Yes, I've been telling people this for years!
The evidence came out in the Exercise Science community about 5 or 6 years ago that just 10 minutes a day of cardiovascular exercise will improve your health.
You may not get "super fit" this way, but really, EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS!!!
Also, if you do 2 or 3 10 minute intervals of exercise a day, you can start to up your metabolism and lose weight.
If you are reading this and you are sedentary: Please Try This.
You don't have to do anything sophisticated: walk in place, do some high kicks.

I have easy moves like this in my videos that are part of the Body Fat Blaster package. You can use a video like mine for just 10 minutes and then do 10 minutes later in the day.

Body Fat Blaster: 1st Post

Well, we finally came out with Bodyfatblaster which is the culmulative result of all of the products that I've produced for weight loss. You see, it is nearly impossible to go on a diet, lose weight and then keep it off. In order to lose weight successfully, you need to make changes in the foods that you like to eat to that you can still eat things that you like and lose weight.
Also, you absolutely MUST exercise. If you diet to lose weight without exercise, you may end up losing more muscle tissue then fat and this lowers your metabolism.
There are numerous studies that show how much more effective dieting is when combined with exercise.
Exercise does not have to be a huge undertaking to begin with. Simple moving around more will help a great deal.
The crowning touch, and to me the most important part of permanent weight loss is staying focused and using the mind body connection to keep you on track.
I actually believe that you can change the composition of your body with mind/belief power alone, however this takes a great deal of focus, faith and "imagination."
This blog will look at what is topical in terms of weight loss and comment on those topics. I hope that people looking to lose weight find this blog and use it as a resource.
